CLASS SCHEDULE
Monday-
7am- Rise and shine yoga w/yaz (class re-starts Sept 2nd)
11:30-12:30- Chair yoga w/ Becky- Suitable for those with low mobility and to help with pain management and chronic health issues (Starts Sept 9th)
6pm- General Yoga w/Yaz- Start the week right with this hour of Hatha flow, including breath work and movement, suitable for everyone. The last Monday of every month will be Yoga Nidra Sleep Meditation.
Tuesday-
10:30-11:15am- Gentle Yoga - w/Yaz
6-7pm- Beginners Yoga w/Yaz- Looking to start or just get back to basics, maybe you wanna refresh, this is the class for you
Wednesday-
10am- Tai Chi Chuan- With Rob
6pm-7.15pm- Ashtanga Yoga w/Lucy- 75 mins of strong yoga based around the primary series. Feel invigorated!
7:30-8:30- Vinyasa Flow w/Yaz- A dynamic yoga flow
Thursday-
9:45am-10:45am- Gentle Yoga w/Yaz
11am-Pilates w/Claire- Traditional Pilates (Re-starts Sept 5th)
Friday-
7:30am-8:30am- Tai Chi with James
Saturday
9:45-10:30- Rise and Stretch w/Lucy & Yaz- An energetic start to a saturday morning to get you moving (re-starts Sept 7th)
Sunday-
9:30- Park Yoga - Midsomer Norton Town Park (last summer session sept 15th)
Last friday over every month- Sound Bath Meditation with Shireen (Click here for tickets)
Classes are £8 per class
Monthly membership for unlimited classes is £34
