Join me every Sunday for a mix of Ashtanga and Sivananda yoga at 10am (UK time) Via Zoom!
The Sivananda sequence is calm, mediative whilst still have more challenging options. It involves more breathwork, and savasana (hurray i hear you cry!)
The Ashtanga Primary Series is a strong sequence the helps to build strength and flexibility into the body while connecting deeply to breath. This is recommended for a more intermediate level or for those who would like more of a challenge.
