Weekly Classes

There are 3 chances each week to come along to Balance countryside gym in Timsbury and practice with me. Monday Evening 7:15-8pm- Ashtanga half primary series intro - a stronger sequence to fire up the muscles at jump on the breath train
Wednesdays 6-7pm- Intro to Sivananda- this is a more gentle class and will be the beginners class from April 6th.
Saturdays 9:45- Sivananda Class - where we run through the 12 poses of the Sivananda series with pranayama and meditation.

Grab yourself a 5 or 10 block pass and come to any class you like!
