Sculpt your spirit animal

Explore personal and spiritual insight through creativity, symbolism and reflection in this small-group creative workshop.

Through guided visualisation, discussion and sculpting, you’ll create your own spirit animal as a way of exploring the qualities, strengths or lessons that may be present for you right now.

No artistic ability or previous knowledge of spirit animals is needed. You do not need to consider yourself spiritual to take part — simply come with curiosity and an openness to explore.

This is a supportive, respectful coaching space with time for both individual reflection and shared experience.

All materials are provided. Please bring a journal for reflection.
