About The Event
One to One sessions are great for deepening your practice, working on alignment, to help build confidence before joining a class. My One to One classes are tailored to your needs, whether your recovering from injury or just fancy trying something new under a watchful eye.
My One to ones are unique because I am great at introducing yoga to people. Be it for the the first time or in a way that isn't the norm. Sometimes it just takes something different to get though.
Join me and we will work our way though any confidence issues be it as a first timer or as someone with years experience seeing yoga in a different light
