Well are over the moon to welcome Wild Thyme to the kitchen to host this Middle Eastern fest for our first global Feasting

THE MENU:

Garlic & herb flatbreads, creamy olive oil hummus, smoky baba ganoush;

Mixed olives & pickles

Polenta fried aubergine with pomegranate molasses;

Za'tar roasted cauliflower, blood orange tahini dressing, parsley & pine nuts;

Spiced green beans, tomatoes, vegan labneh & scorched cashews;

Roasted butternut squash, wild garlic pesto, sumac cashew cheese & pomegranate seeds;

Mejadra spiced rice, lentils vertes & bittersweet crispy onions.

Rose harissa roasted tenderstem broccoli, halloumi & preserved lemon;

Mejadra spiced rice, lentils vertes & bittersweet crispy onions.
