Cornish Waterfall Summer Solstice Retreat Weekend

We are over the moon to invite you to this weekend of bliss to connect with nature and be still. To celebrate the longest day of the year with sun salutations  and meditate under the full moon. We are joined by Izzy Lucy Yoga who will be guiding us through a very special meditation within the falls which we have all to ourselves twice a day to enjoy the peace. 

Cosy up in beautiful accomodation with its very own Zen garden and meditation snugs. Food cooked freshly everyday by in-house chef MahFoods.   Enjoy the resonance of crystal singing bowls inside the beautiful waterfalls and spend the day exploring the coves and beaches of the cornish coast.
