Chakra Workshop & retreat Day

Come and spend the day exploring the Chakras in a relaxed and friendly environment! Find out how you can awaken your inner power and potential. The day will include embodied chakra exploration using traditional yoga asana (movement), pranayama (breathing) and bandhas (energy locks). These practices bring the potential for healing and a deepening of conscious awareness of our patterns and tendencies in day to day life. There will be the opportunity to share your experience and insights and practice relaxation and Yoga Nidra to integrate your experience. There will also be the opportunity to learn about the ancient philosophy of chakra energy and discuss how this relates to us today in 2023.  All of this nourished by a health giving Ayurvedic lunch cooked by Lucy
